Recentech Studio provides AI-powered tools for education, research, content creation, and data analysis. Our services include but are not limited to AI chat, text generation, image processing, audio transcription, and various productivity tools.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Credits and Payments
Our service operates on a credit-based system. New users receive 100 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
- Overload or attempt to disrupt our servers
- Create spam or unsolicited communications
- Generate content that promotes discrimination or harassment
6. AI-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you generate using our tools. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
Recentech Studio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recentech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
